Ask About Training for Administrators

I want to improve my profession in CRM management, thus I'm interested in taking Salesforce Administrator training. I am seeking ideas for the top online or in-person training programs that offer thorough knowledge and practical experience.

The program should ideally cover both fundamental and advanced ideas; help students get ready for the certification exam; and provide post-completion support. If you have received training; or if you have experience based recommendations, please share your thoughts.

I would also much appreciate any guidance on how to manage training and a full-time job.
